Opt-In Method

Users provide consent to receive SMS text messages from Nick Drishinski, LLC through a written, web-based opt-in. Consent is collected via website forms where users must actively check an unchecked checkbox before submitting their information.

We do not collect SMS consent verbally.

The checkbox is not pre-checked, and form submission cannot occur without explicit user action.

We securely maintain records of user consent, which may include:
