The AI-First Product Development Lifecycle
Software development is changing.
AI isn't simply becoming another feature inside the products we build. It is increasingly becoming part of how those products are discovered, designed, engineered, tested, and improved.
I'm currently researching how this shift is changing the modern product development lifecycle.
The project combines hands-on experimentation with interviews and conversations with product leaders, engineering leaders, founders, and practitioners who are actively exploring new ways of working.
The goal is not to predict a single “correct” future.
It's to identify the patterns, experiments, failures, and emerging practices that may help define the next generation of product and engineering organizations.
This research is contributing to an upcoming book on the AI-First Product Development Lifecycle.

You don't need to have everything figured out.
